Glad to report that David's collection of stem cells over last weekend, 3 days from last Sat (half day) to Mon was an impressive 6mil. We were told the the collection of the required quantity range from 3 to 5mil from which good quality stem cells would be selected and stored. The collection process usually takes 3 to 4 days or even a week depending on the presence of stem cells in the blood. Praise the Lord! Another answered prayer - "Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen." Ephesian 3:20,21.
Today, David had to go thru one last round of stem cells collection. Not sure why he needed to do so even though more than required amount were collected. Probably to increase the chance of good quality stem cells selection. Anyway, looks like he may be discharged tomorrow. Oh thank you God! We really look forward having him home.
Thanks for your love and prayers. I want to thank God for my boss too. Really appreciate his concern and understanding esp in making it possible for me to work from home at such times when my family needs me around.
Please continue to pray. We do not know when will be the next BMA yet. Will keep you posted.
